For the 20th anniversary of the broadcast of the Gundam SEED Destiny Edited recap special, I'm coming out of retirement to release a reconstructed 1080p AI upscale of the special. This special was never released on home video so the old broadcast rip was the only version of this extra available.  More details are available on the release post at http://www.ozc-anime.com/, but a few of note: - This is a 1080p AI upscale that uses the same general method RX782 did for the [EG] release of Gundam SEED. More about the upscale process can be found here: https://github.com/Sirosky/Upscale-Hub - Main sources are the Nozomi SD-BDs of the original Destiny SD cut. The broadcast version of the special was used for some of the maps, but most of the animation elements have been recomped. - OP/ED have English credits matching the old Bandai DVDs. This was because the special had its own credits and the quality was too poor to upscale. - Subtitles are a combination of the original Bandai translation and SEED-Fansubs TL for the new narration. Sub styling is designed to look like the Nozomi SEED/Destiny HD Remaster BDs. - A 16x9 version that goes along with the HD remaster is still a maybe. There are shots in the original version that have credits over them in the HD Remaster and I haven't looked into it enough to determine if I can work around it like I did with the SD version.
